Booking and Cancellation Policy
All clubs/sessions must be paid each term in full before they can commence unless previous arrangements have been made with Mr B's Notes. You are responsible for purchasing any additional equipment or books needed for the clubs/sessions.
If a child forgets their book, obviously they will not be able to have a normal lesson, so try and make sure they have it in their bag on the day of the lesson, however they will have a lesson based on the theory of music instead.
Cancellation of sessions on the part of Mr B's Notes will be made up at another time or you will be given a credit note for the following term.

If you wish your child to discontinue their piano/singing/recorder lessons, there needs to be at least half a term's notice of cancellation of lessons, or you will be invoiced for the following half term.
Mr B's Notes reserves the right to add interest on accounts in arrears for over one month.
