Yr 3 /4 Choir


Song Writing
Join our award winning Choir and also have a fun time.
I also teach through fun activities, and correct vocal techniques.
They also sing for charity around the local area at various venues, including Charrington Manor. Please make a note of all the dates for the Junior School on the 'Dates for the Diary' page!
This year, we will also be taking part in various local Music Festivals, in Farnham, Woking, Godalming and Leith Hill, up against other choirs from Surrey, Sussex and London.

Due to COVID 19, there will be limited spaces to 15 this term (unless the Government guidance changes), so it is best to sign up early to avoid disappointment. I will be providing a hand washing station to be used prior to the club starting. All the equipment used will be sanitised prior to use!

10th February - Primary Music Festival @ G Live
They will also be taught musical notation and vocabulary,and given a CD of their compositions at the end of the term, so that you can hear what they have been up to over the sessions.

The children will be taught how to create their own music from pop songs to instrumental pieces using a variety of ICT Software, which give them a good grounding prior to going up to Secondary School, and fun hands on experience of musical instruments. There will be a termly Song Writing Club assembly for your child to show off their talents.

10th February - Primary Music Festival @ G Live
Boomwhackers and Handbell Orchestra. Your child will be taught how to read the music and the need to be able to work well as a team. This will improve their music reading skills, along with the coordination required to play as a group, rhythms and concentration.
It is also a fun club with lots of laughs on the way to achieving their goals.
